About me
Hi! My name is Alejandro and just so you can get an idea of who I am, well I am 19, Puerto Rican, 5’11 and a first year college student. I have struggled with my weight all of my life and have resisted having a healthier, more active lifestyle when I have always known the benefits of it, but the summer before going to college I decided to take control of my body and transform it into something I would never think I could achieve.
My SW was 210, my CW is 165 and my UGW is 160 lbs.
This is my journey, and you are welcome to help me through it.
